In partnership with Growing Growers, Cultivate KC is hosting a Seasonal Farm Apprentice for the 2025 growing season. The Growing Growers apprenticeship program gives you an opportunity to receive hands-on experience combined with reading, classes, and training that will help you decide if farming is a good fit for you. The Seasonal Farm Apprentice will work as a farm crew member, engaged in the maintenance and operation of Juniper Gardens Training Farm. The Apprentice will work both independently and jointly with Juniper Gardens staff. The role of the Apprentice is to support program functions, as well as program participants and staff as needed.
20 hours/week; $16-17/hour
