The Plan
The Kansas City Regional Food Loss & Waste Reduction Action Plan provides solutions designed to reduce the amount of food that is wasted and sent to landfills in the Kansas City region.
Food Waste Bites
Food Waste Bites is a new initiative to eliminate food waste in the Kansas City region’s food service industry. It takes a hands-on approach to help restaurants, caterers, cafeterias, grocery stores and other food service operations take a comprehensive approach to food waste reduction.
